Cellular one changes cell phone plans without telling contract holders...= huge bills

Cellular One in Sylacauga, AL changed my girlfriend's, her mom's, my mom's, and my contracts, all without telling us about it. I'm sure they changed others also. My girlfriend's bill was $300, and her mom's was over $600. Cellular One cancelled free nights and weekends, as well as changed the cell phone coverage area without telling us. They even did this while we are on our current contracts.

We spoke to them about it and they neither listened, nor cared. Their advice was "pay the bill".

My suggestion is to stay away from them, and if you have a contract with them, be sure to watch it closely. They may try to do it to you too.
