Our 2 phones had been stolen so I reported them as to be shut off imediately they informed me that it was too bad of luck but would have to pay a monthly bill of about $78.00 a month for another year since iI still had 1 more year on my 2 year contract.

Now these phones are gone and shut off indefinetely, why should I have to still pay for a service which I am not able to use anymore. Besides that I'm kind of glad they are gon e,my husbandmissed some very important medical appt. because this phone wouldn't work right from day one. I could get out of my contract they said if I paid them $480.00 You talk about getting paid for nothing!I might pay it alright but at $10.00 a month. I'm not rich by far but they made a bundle off of me in the last year. Extremely dissatisfied.
