we got phones from celluar one. we also got ins. on them. win one broke we sent it in for repairs they said they could not repair it because they did not have the proper paper work. I called them and verified they did have the papers. then they informed me that even if they repaired it it was obsolete, and wouldnt work any way.
contacted celluar one and argued with them why they gave us obsolete phones to begin with. they said they would send us some more phones but that they would be reconditioned.

They were reconditioned, they looked like they had been blown up in Iraq.they never even sent the manules are chargers with these phones

called celluar one again this time they sent three new phones but decided to change our contract date again. we had also been slamed with jamster tunes and other tune places I have never heard of .

we had to contact fcc and ftc to get them to stop slamming our phone bills.

some of our friends have the same co. and have text messaging unlimited.and unlimited minutes and pay less than we do and we dont even have text messaging and only have 900 minutes total.
