Cingular - AT&T Wireless ripoff Cingular A big fraud consumer beware! Atlanta Georgia

I have complained for over a year about dropped calls and not being able to use my cell phone in a major city, "Birmingham, AL" All I get from Cingular now the new AT&T is: It is your phone Mr. Customer, you need a new phone and that comes with a 2 year service contract of even more crappy service. After 2 "new" phones which by the way have about a 30 second warranty, another thing they forget to mention, I still have the SAME problems. They WILL NOT own up to the fact it is their crappy NETWORK, not the customers cell phones. They want you to pay that bill in full EVERY month but they "Cingular" Do not have to provide ANY level of service. I can produce at least 6 people who have Cingular who can and will attest to the sorry service that Cingular provides. If I had the time and the money I would haul their sorry asses into court and using their own records of dropped calls and unhappy customers make them repay us for this lack of service. It should be noted that if anyone reads the contract Cingular has no obligation to provide ANY level of service! Buyer beware.
