Consumer Cellular has tried to double-bill me twice.  

The first time they sent a second invoice for a bill that I'd already paid.  

The second time they said they didn't get my check.  When I called the bank I found that Consumer Cellular had cashed it.  Now they say they have no record of it, and they're threatening to disconnect me.  

I think I'm going to disconnect them first:-)

This company targets senior citizens.
