i purchased a blackberry storm 9500 unlocked from martllc@live.com at ecrater.com . this was the site http://www.ecrater.com/product.php?pid=3389301 he was selling it for $400 plus shipping which was supposed to be next day air which totaled up to $425. he said to pay him via western union or money gram, until this, i was never aware of the risks of paying through wire transfers. at first i said nevermind and ill find someone else, because my cousin said not to go on with the purchase. we kept conversing through email and when i would call him on the number he provided, it was always voicemail. he said that we would make an even exchange to prove that he was legit and he wa snot running a scam on me. he gave me all the reasons to believe this was real. we made a swap that once i process the payment, he will give me the shipping tracking number. he emailed me the tracking number and confirmation and also the label of the fedex shipping details. i was suppsed to recieve my package the next morning and when i called him, i had to call him from an international number. i called the fedex and they said the package was never sent out, the label was just made, but it was never sent out. i called western union and western union said that the money has already been picked up. when i got in contact with him, i was very upset and he said he went straight to the fedex company and resolved the problem and he was going to do same day shipment. Until now, i havent received my cellphone. after his last email of "everything has been resolved, theres no need to worry, i am not scamming you" i never got incontact with him again. i paid so much international fees just to contact him. his name was CORI SCHMIDT email was martllc@live.com after 2 weeks, still havent receive my phone, he said he was from california, he made me send moneym to his "accountant" in new mexico, but he would call and give me diff numbers to contact him in, also an international number that was +233 4447041 which i believe in in Gana, Nigeria! i really want my money back! and get this guy in jail! my boyfriend tried to purchase 3 cellphones from him to see how he would react, he did the same thing to me!!!! he was so anxious for me the money transfer and scam another person!! for more money!! i know for sure im not the only one he scammed!!
