CRICKETWIRELESS INC IS CAUSING MORE HARM TO SOCIETY THAN BENEFITS

Cricket Wirless Inc. sold a refurbished/Manufacturer defective phone as new phone to me on 9/25/11 . Phone got defective on  9/28/11 and returned back to the store on 10/05/11 for replacement . or exchange for the new phone ... Cricktet staff claimed it was a battery defective and requested me to pay for new phone  .. I offered to return the phone since it was less than two weeks but refused to abide with Cricket return policy on the receipt ,, I called Cricket home corporate office with no solution

Breach of CRIKET RETURN POLICY AS STATED ON THE RECEIPT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASES
I want to address this issue in a legal court ,, Over the past days I was not been able to communcate effectively on the phone thus disturbing my business  resulting into financial losses and thus causing emotional disturbances and phycologically  harmed
