My Sprint bill contained a $9.99 charge from Cylon, LLC alerts..Text Plan Alerts.  This was unsolicited and this company had no permission from me to send anything to my text messages nor to charge me for anything....Sprint is working with me right now to get this blocked and assist me in recovering the charge.  This company should be investigated by the Consumer Protection Agency and the US Atty General's office for fraud practices.  Cindy, Fort Worth, Texas
