We were also charged unauthorized fees on our cell phone bill for 2-3 months of $9.99 each. The reference line showed:

Cylon LLC: Alerts - Inof Text 41463-11/11

When we called Sprint, the told us they did not know who it was, or what the charge was for BUT THAT WE COULD STOP IT FROM BEING CHARGED AGAIN by texting 41463 and typing "stop". Don't know if this will actually work, or for how long. Sprint said they are unable to credit us back the $9.99 charges.

Good luck to all of you.

Sprint handled this problem prompty

AUTHOR: Jon - Mercer Island (U.S.A.)

I had the same issue and decided to call sprint by dialing *2 from my phone. The rep who answered quickly looked up the charge, filed for a reimbursement for me, and blocked this scam from ever texting my phone again. I was very pleased with their response. Perhaps under new leadership (CEO Hesse), they are taking customer satisfaction more seriously than they have in the past.
