Cylon Llc $9.99 Cell phone bill rip off Nationwide

My phone carrier, Sprint, was courteous enough to send me a text message informing me that I had some unusual charges on my bill. When I called to ask what the charges were, I was informed that I signed up for some type of alerts and the only information they had was the company's name was Cyllon LLC. I've tried to google them and all Ive found was other complaints filed by other people who have also been ripped off by the company. Ive never signed up for any type of alert with this company nor have I recieved any type of notification that I will be charged $9.99 for whatever it is. These people need to be brought to justice just like Bernard Madoff.
