Cylon Unauthorized cell phone charges Internet

The following is in line with all the other complaints about this entity. I have a cell phone line for my parents that has all text and data services completely blocked. They do not use the phone for anything but occasional calling. I was understandably surprised when I saw a charge for $10.76 under the "mobile purchases and downloads" section from "Cylon LLC" with a contact number for ATT wireless, my carrier. I called them and they resolved the issue quickly because they saw that it was impossible to incur that charge on that line legitimately. I'm still a bit unhappy that I have to pay the charge and wait for it to be refunded. I hope this instance proves, beyond any doubt, that Cylon LLC is a ripoff company and should be dealt with in court.
