Global Warranty Group Jessica # 1929, Connie # 3353, Adrian # 1007 What a scam! I pay $6/mo warranty and they want to charge me $75 to replace damaged phone w/"Like New" phone when the phone only cost $100 to start with! All were rude and unhelpful. Internet

What a scam!  I pay $6/mo for insurance and GWG charged me a $75 deductible for a "like new" phone replacement.  What the heck is a "like new" phone?  They kept saying "like new or new" but would not guarantee me a new phone. The phone originally cost only $100.  I could buy the same phone (Blackberry Torch) new, from ATT for only $49 with 2 year contract!  The GWG associates were rude and completely unhelpful.  They would not provide their full names - but reluctantly gave me a number. Adrian #1007, Jessica #1929 and Connie # 3353. 

AT&T is also to blame for selling me the warranty to begin with.  Because I am not "eligible" for new "discount" phone AT&T would make me sign a new 2 year contract!  But they made it "right" agreeing to  reimburse me the $75 charged by GWG, so I can keep my daughters phone on our current Family Plan.
