These people are a big scam, first they advertise on monster.com and other websites and when you contact them you get an acceptance email with a link to pay for a headset that is compatible to their system. This is a big lie you don't need a special headset a regular phone will do the job.

All they do is take you $85 and do not return your phone calls or emails and worse when you call they put you on hold for a long time then they transfer you to voicemail. Bottom line stay away from them.
