Inphonics - Cellular Choices rebate ripoff! unethical rebates run around and not fullfilled!!

Like most of the reports I have just read, I have been another victim of the rebate scam!! I researched this company before placing the order and by the looks of it we have all been part of the first wave of this scam. I URGE all of reading this NOT to do business with the companies functioning under "Inphonics" they are bogus and will NOT provide the promised rebates. I lost $200 on this deal! Ouch!! If I had the money I would not be seeking rebate routes, right!? They promised 2 rebates - (1) for $125 and (1) for $75. I have been given the run around via email inquires and through the mail. I purchase my Razor phone back January! I have not received a penny back from these folks. They said I filed my rebate too early the first time. Provide an opportunity for me to refax my paperwork or mail in the copies to resubmit which I did BOTH and still have not received any money. Now the website regarding the rebate says that they have sent them to another company and that they will not be honored due to the original reason which is completely bogus!

I am seeking to find a class action because like Enron...these companies are dangerous and should NOT be permitted to continue their practices!
