Jamster.com Cingular ripoff dishonest frandulent billing Internet

Jamster.com is billing my cell phone for $2.99 a week for premium text. I call Cingular and they said they could not stop them. They said that the next time Jamster call to tell them to cancel it. The problem is they do not call they just bill me. How do I get them to stop and get my money back.
