Letstalk.com Totally stealing my money right out from under me Jackson Michigan

I bought 2 phones on one plan from alltel.com not letstalk.com. I have never heard of the company in fact. I got sent phones marked alltel. The first phone was defective sent it back to alltel. Alltel sent me another one marked alltel. That phone was defective sent it back to you guessed it alltel!! They sat me up with another phone that after about a month the screen no longer worked or it would be squibbly. So on top of all this I never had a signal. Assuming that these problems could be handled by a competent company I tried to resolve the issues with Alltel. They did the trouble ticket and said they would have resolution in 3 to 5 business days. NOT! 3 weeks later I called to inquire about this trouble ticket and they said they needed more time. OK. A month and a half later I called and told them I just wanted the phone cancelled and I was not paying a disconnect fee for a phone(s) I could not use. So I spoke to a supervisor and he waived all disconnect fees based on baad area...alltel says it is their fault. SURPRISED. Than BAM!! $150.00 gone out of my account by some phantom company I never knew existed for a disconnect fee that initially was blamed on alltel but we 3 way conferenced with alltel and they told letstalk.com all fees were waved. Letstalk.com said they were going to refund my money in 2 to 72 hours well its ten days later and 6 people including a supervisor said I would get refunded but now they say "No they will not refund cause it was a valid charge". Coincidentally the manager is never available she is either at lunch or in a meeting. Now my bank is involved so we will see if they change their tune. Do what you got to do but BEWARE!!!
