Liberty Wireless ripoff dishonest fraudulent on rebate for phone. call the company at least 10 times, within a month and I keep getting the run around about the service. Largo, Maryland Internet

This company is a ripoff and is very dishonest about the service. I have made at least 10 calls about the service.

First I call about the rebates information that didn't come with the phone, so I called up csr and they told me that they don't do the rebates and they she told me that she had to e-mail me the information and I told her that I didn't want the inforamtion e-mail to me I wanted it mail. She states that was impossible.

I ask to speak with a supervisor and she states she didn't have one. I wouldn't let her off the phone she put someone one the phone and finally he tells me that he will have the information mail. (They also told me that they couldn't mail me a bill I had to get off the interent.)

Meanwhile the phone cracked and broken into pieces. I phone them again in csr and they tell me that I had to mail them the phone first before I receive a replacement phone. I call them again today (3-10-04) ask again about my rebate (1-866-745-5426) rebate center tells me I have to call csr (1-866-745-5426).

I keep getting the run around. I advise her today that I wanted my money back. She tells me that it has been over my 30 days. I told her I haven't really used either phones that I wanted to cancel the svc and she tells me I can't get my money back. She put the request to the billing department. She ask me to call back in 2 days. My rebate is 104.00 total for 2 phones. That's 52.00 each.
