I bought a Motorola V265 phone, took it to Verizon and was told it was defective.
I emailed the seller the same day, and was ignored.
I emailed them the next day - ignored.
Waited a little while, emailed them - you know the rest.
I paid $58 for the phone and over $22 for tax and shipping.
This seller has a history of selling people broken junk, ignoring their emails, then giving them negative feedback almost three months later.
DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SELLER!

As of now, I have now received three phone calls from LL Cellular.
First they demanded that I remove the negative rating, or they would give me a retaliatory negative feedback.
Then, after giving me a negative, they asked that I write down an RMA number so that I can return the phone.
I asked for them to email the details, and they flat out refused. They do not want to have any record of the phone being returned.
Today, 7/22, I received another call from LL Cellular. Again they demanded that I first send the phone back and also remove the negative feedback before they will refund my money.
This is a perfect example of a business to stay away from.
I hope that this message keeps at least one person from being ripped off!

We called the customer, we offered a refund or exchange but there was a comunication problem. He was very unfriendley. We have 100% refund or exchange policy whichever is requested. We try our hardest every day of the week. Thank you

The above response is from the owner of LL Cellular, not an employee.
After I posted the above message, the above individual has called me and once again demanded that I remove all negative feedback before they will even consider giving me a refund. I had to tell him that I will not take anymore of his harrassing phone calls.
I then filed a complaint with Paypal and the California BBB (he already has a C rating for poor customer service, go figure).
Final note -
Beware of such companies that are not willing to work with a customer. I now know how to look at feedback and weed out the LL Cellulars of the world.

99% positive feedback is what we have and thats why you purchased your phone from us. If you know how to weed out bad sellers I dont understand why you purchased from LLcellular. You seem hurt inside and this is the only way you can show it.

LL Cellular was found to be in the wrong, and had to have my money forcibly removed from his bank account.
I am sure he will make up a story to try and turn this around to make me look bad, but you can feel free to email me for the details.
Best of all, his well deserved negative feedback is still there!
Once you factor in the 395 withdrawn negatives of folks who were forced to remove the negative feedback before this scammer would issue a refund, the feedback rating of LL Cellular is actually 97.5%.
His Ebay rating is currently at 98.9% and falling.
With 7 comments on ripoffreport alone, it is clear that LL Cellular has a stellar reputation.
