MCI WORLD COM ripoff ripoff fraud business NEWARK New Jersey

I sent an official cancelation notice to mci worldcom to cancel my wireless contract that i have had for few years. My cancelation notice was sent in July 2001 and i STOPPED using the phone as of July. I paid my July monthly fee , i received another bill from MCI billing me for another monthly fee. I called and was put on hold for 45 minutes twice , i was finally told that they had no record of my cancelation and i was asked to fax it to them. I faxed my original cancelation to MCI . In mid october i was still receiving bills and returning it to them with copy of my cancelation notice. In mid october i started receiving collection calls from MCI , i went through the whole story with EVERYONE i spoke to with out any luck. I mailed all previous corespondents to MCI again . I am still getting billed by MCI , I am so tired of spending MY TIME dealing with an issue that should have been handeled by MCI in August. I am filing an official complaint with Montgomery county government in state of Maryland. I will not pay for a service that i was not provided . How can i tell this organization to stop harrasing me . I am willing and able to take this matter to court to prove my point , it is not about $300 any more I AM MAD NOW !!!!
