the company have been over charging me everyone for over a year. i have tried calling them for an explanation and nobody seems to know the answer. my monthly plan was suppose to be for $29.99 but my monthly bill comes up to $40.00 every month whether i use the phone or not.

i have since cancelled my phone and now a collection company is harrassing me regarding a balance of $79.00. i told them that i dont owe that bill because i have been over charged for over a year. nlww, they are threatening to take me to court.
