MCI WorldCom Wireless Shady deceptive company San Francisco California

I have been with MCI for about 2 years now and I really can not stand the cellular provider. However the only thing that keeps me with the company is my cell phone number. I don't want to lose my cell phone number. The problem started when I was "roaming" in my local coverage area. I had some charges on my statement with some name SUPERACCESS. I immediately called the customer service representative and asked what the charges were from. I got billed like 25 cents a minute and I was within my minutes. They gave me some lame excuse like...this is what happens when our network does not recongnize the number you have dialed. I told them that I should not be billed for it. They credited my account.

2. Incident. I think that I have someone elses telephone number. I think that sold me a bogus number. I questioned them on that matter. They said that it was not possible.

3. Their customer service representatives are the worst. I got into a heated discussion with one. We were cursing at each other and then I hung up on her and she called me back on my cell phone and called me a bitch. I reported her.

4. I finally got tired of receiving all the fake charges, the rude service reps, the off billing cycle, the lack of intelligence by anyone who works for the company. So, I decided to contact the CPUC and get some answers. Well I did. MCI has been kissing my butt.

5. For all you who currenly have MCI WorldCom and they are being shady with the roaming charges, the billing cycles, the rude reps, contact your local Public Utilities Commission and let them handle it. Your name goes on file as a customer who has filed a complaint.
