I have been patient with this company since it takes 3 months to receive your first bill and now, we are going on a 6 month relationship now and things were okay until I changed my phone number. I am going on 4 weeks of not being able to use my phone, since everytime I try and call out, it says i am not an authorized user! I can get my messages from another phone, but, what is the point when no one can contact me and this is the only phone I have?????
I have went as far as to send a letter to their escalations department and NOTHING! Now, I am at the point where I am contacting my Lawyer!

They tell me I will still need to pay them $200. to break my contract. I am not the one who is giving shitty service! Why should I put out anymore Money to a company who isn't giving me service, but I am still paying for it.
Then, I receive a bill in the mail for over $100. and I pay $50.00 a month, I didn't go over my minutes, they said I was getting charged for airtime!
Needless to say, I am only paying what I owe, screw this!
I can't believe what a nightmare this has turned out to be!
I have No patience and to say the least, I am ready to have everyone I know join a patition!
