I received my Sprint Home Phone bill and had a chard of $16.30 for Member's Edge for a voice-mail. When calling the billing company for them ILD Teleservices, Inc I found the rudest people I have ever spoken too. I then called Member's Edge in which they said I signed up for this voicemail *Knowing I didnt* ask them to take charge off they refused but cancelled. I called sprint and had them to block their payment and credit my account and they did. Watch your phone bills for rip-off companies such as this and somehow they get your personal information to do this junk.
