I see all the awful things that ex employees say about Mike Baker and his company cellular sales- but I can tell you he also mistreats his consumers. 

I was in one of Mike Bakers stores and he has a sign there that says to call him if you arent satisfied.  Well I had a need to call Mike because I was not at all satisfied with his store or what a salesperson lied about to me in his store.  The people in that store treated with with no respect at all and talked  down to me.   Now that I read these reports I think I know why!

I went to a real Verizon store and was treated much better and dealt with in a respectful manner. 

Mike Baker never called me back about my issue and I can assure I will never go to a Cellular Sales store ever again.

Its all about sales not customers

Sadly this is a regular occurrence at Cellular Sales.  I used to work there and if your problem didnt make Mike Baker money then Im sure he would never call you back.  He doesnt get paid to take care of your problems and he doesnt pay his employees a dime for helping you out.  All he cares about is sales.

As a salesperson you will be trained to send people with problems to a corporate store even though your problem can be fixed with a phone call or a little help.  Taught how to switch an add a line to a primary line and all other kinds of ripoffs!  Thats the reason the salespeople treated you with disrespect and didnt give a damn about you.  

It all starts at the top!!  Shitty owners make for shitty business practices and it  trickles all the way down to the people in the store.
