My phone was stolen and I filed a claim with NCOA as they promised to replace stolen phone with their flier I received when I ordered my phone. To my surprise, they responded that i was negligent and denied my claim. I wonder when someone intentional stole something, how the victim should be more careful about? If everybody are so careful about their possession, then what the "theft" comes from? NCOA use "Negligence" to deny the claims so that they can keep the money in their pocket, can't they? LOL!!!

These people are nothing but a fraudlent company taking the money of a consumer and denying all claims i would like to see if they EVER approved a claim.

My suggestion to take care those "cheaters":

1. Immediate spread out the words to all of you friends/families, co-workers, neighbors, to let them be aware this company's fraudlant conducts;
2. Report to BBB and all necessary organizations about their untruthful/cheating business conducts;
3. and finally, but the last, let us form a legal action to against this cheater! We need to take this sort of cheater out of the market - they deserve to be in hell forever!

Anymore who is interested in taking the legal action, please let us form together to put this cheater down!!!

Let us do something quickly to save more people from falling into this trap!
