Palisades Collection And AT&T Liars, Cheats and Unethical Companies!! Ripoff Englewood New Jersey

AT&T supplied equipment that didn't work and would not replace the phone. It was less than one month old when it was found out that it didn't work!! After several, and I mean several, attempts to rectify the situation, the equipment was returned to a local AT&T office (Chalmette, LA) and surrendered. AT&T subsequently reported this situation as delinquent and sold the account to Palisades Collection in Englewood. I never contracted anything with this and, to this day, owe them nothing. Recent calls to AT&T refused to assist me with this matter only saying that the account was sold to Palisades. Now, no one wants to resolve this situation. And, since AT&T violated the contract they failed to provide promised services and therefore did NOT provide what was promised. Palisades will NEVER be paid and thus they want to punish me.
