Qwest Wireless extended my contract for five months without my permission because my phone number was changed. They will not let me cancel even though my contract ended April, 19th.

My year contract expired on April 19th 2002. I can't get out of my contract because without my knowledge they extended my contract five months after changing my area code due to a move.

They will not let me go and I have had terrible service.

Best wireless service I've had.

In my experiance with Many wireless servieces, Qwest Wireless has been the best service that I have had so far. I have had AT&T, Voicestream, and Worldcom. Qwest has been MUCH better that Voicestream and Worldcom. It has been just as good if not slightly better than AT&T when price is considered. I have had Qwest Wireless for 7 months and have not had one single problem with the coverage or the customer service they provide. In fact every time I have contacted their customer service I have spoken with someone very pleasant and nice. Good job Qwest!!!
