I started using qwest wireless about 3 years ago . my first bill for a 60$ monthly plan + 2 phones was supposed to be around 120$. When i received the bill it was crammed with an additional business plan at 400$ so the bill was about 470 when it was supposed to be 120. Took 3 months to fix that error and they did not ever apologize , just more insults. They are inconsistent with the billing cycles and shut you off for being 30 days late 1 month, then 6 months later shut it down after only 3 days late. When 1 of my phones broke a year ago , they sent me a new phone billed to my monthly bill 3 times no problem. Last week I had another phone broke this time they insult me and say I must prepay for a 29.99 phone . I talk to supervisor and he told me too bad so sad ( not in those words) and offered me to be transferred to disconnect my phone. Needless to say I emailed customer service and was treated like an idiot and was told I could sign another 2 year contract and get a nokia piece of crap phone for 29.99 pre-paid. So I disconnected my plan of 60 monthly from the losers at qwest and spent 627 dollars at another wireless provider and bought a 70 dollar family plan and a camera phone and flip phone and thanks to qwest, they will never get another penny from me even if they beg. All I wanted to do was get a nice phone in place of my broken 1 and I got the worst attitude from them now they are out 625 plus my 60 monthly....Avoid qwest and their "spirit of service" ( more like spit on you service) .... Avoid the qworst. They bite!!!!!!!
