Qwest Company will not hold up to thier word on wireless trial. Seattle Washington

Beware the Qwest wireless service! I tried thier wireless plan, found it lacking, and found another carrier FAR more to my satisfaction. When I requested return labels to return the phones per the 30 day "trial" period, I was told they would be shipped. I called back multiple times in the following MONTHS after I had not recieved the labels. At one point, I was actually asked by the "customer servant" if I "knew anyone who might want to buy the phones". After I called and demanded the labels be shipped, I got results. I wasted no time shipping the phones back, and Qwest DID pick up the UPS tab, but they failed to credit the phones to my account. Now begins the SECOND series of phone calls. When I finally got a guy who was willing to work with me, he found that I had been credited for a phone. problem: I needed to be credited for TWO phones. The guy actually tried to tell me I was only actually charged for 1 phone. I made him review my bill to find that I really had been charged for 2 phones. Needless to say, I figured if that is what I am worth as a customer who had EVERY SERVICE bundled through qwest, I held back paying my bill. I talked to a very nice lady in the midst of this, and she cut me a deal for the inconvenience, adding a 40% discount. My Direct TV had been shut off, and she had it turned back on. I was pleased, until within a week, they had shut it off again. I called again, they told me I had made a payment arrangement that I DID NOT, and the rest is history. p.s. read between the lines with Qwest. The "price for life" is a joke with a $200 price tag, which I am disputing at the moment. moreover, they wasted NO time sending me to collections. NEVER AGAIN!!!
