Realvcd.com Western Union only; will not answer emails; never received product Hong Kong

I ordered a vcd that could only be found on this website based in Hong Kong. You can order seemingly easily - you'll immediately get a email confirmation with directions on how to pay.

The only method I had the ability to use was Western Union. This was a video I needed for school so I really didn't mind the $20 fee to wire the funds.

The funds were never collected by realvcd.com even though I emailed them the confirmation number as instructed. They have not answered any of my emails.

I was also charged a $10 cash advance fee by my credit card.

So, I am out $30.00 which cannot be reclaimed. I had to put in writing my request for the cost of the VCDs themselves. Time will tell if I ever get that money back.
