Rogers Wireless charge me for two phones when I only got one ripoff Kingston, Ontario Nationwide

I bought a cell phone for my gf. phone was disconnected afte 1 month of use but I never received a bill. I called and asked why I had not recceived a bill and they had the wrong mailing address. by the time i got the bill my phone was disconnected one week later and the bill for my first month was $480 ontop of the $50 I paid to activate my so called free phone( on a contract for three years!) so after calling Rogers they explained to me that I had 2 phones, however I only purchased 1.
I never used the phone again as I was totally turned off. I asked to be disconnected however they would not stop billing me my monthly bill of $29 until I had paid off the balance that I didnt owe. After talking to numerous rude telephone representatives I finally took out a small loan to pay them off.
After paying them $800 in dec, for a cell phone i used for only 30 days. I checked my credit report this week and Rogers says that I owe them $507 and that it has been refered to collection. My home phone has never changed and they have never once called me to look for a payment. I cant even think about how badly this has affected my credit and everytime i think about rogers I want to scream
