RPM Collection Agency I have called RPM twice already, first I called 2 weeks ago to make a payment for the amount w/c I thought I should have been billed for by Verizon and the man who answered was rude. He even lectured W. Lynnwood, Washington

Two weeks ago, I called RPM Collection Agency and the man who answered was rude and even lectured me. So I just hung up. And today, I called again to make a settlement payment w/c Verizon billed me for the wrong amount. And the woman was just rude. Why are they so rude? I was even going to make a payment.
