To all who read this please be warned.....If you are thinking of getting cellular service from sprint PCS please be advised. I purchased a Samsung Ace phone from my sprint store in Baton Rouge. I went in to get a Blackberry. Walked in with money in hand and was "talked into" buying a samsung ace. I later found out the that the commission on the Ace is higher then the Blackberry. Well almost two weeks later my phone completely freezes up on me. I cant even make a simple call out.

When I took it to my local store i was told that they would have to order me another phone. So I waitedtwo and a halfweeks for my replacement phone to arrive. I wasnt even offered a temp phone. well when I got the replacement i found out that it was a refurbished phone. Not a new one like I was told I was getting. So about fourweeks later the phone locked up on me once again. So back to sprint I went. This time I was told that I had to take the Phone to a repair place, was told they were not allowed to order me another one.

So I go to repair guy and he said nothing could be done. He said that sprint does not sell faulty phones and that whatever was happenng to the phone was my fault. When I asked to speak with his manager he became very agrivated and grabbed the phone from my hand, punched in a few number and completely wiped my phone clean, then THREW the phone back at me. When I spoke to his boss of course they took his side and told me I was no allowed to come back to the repair shop. Long storey short. I wanted to cancel my account and was told that I had to waittill my contract was up. That with sprint you were not allowed to cancel your contract.

I decided that I would get intouch with people in the company as high up the ladder as I could get. After about a month they got back intouch with me and told me that they would do whatever they could to solve my problem BUT they were not going to let me end my contract and they were not going to discount or ever offer to give me a working phone. That if I needed or wanted a new phone I was going to have to buy one.

All in all my opinion of sprint sucks. They are the worst company I have ever had the unwanted privilage of dealing with. The company is only interested in makeing money and not at all interested in taking care of their customers. Customer service sucks, their phones suck and everyone who is involvedwith the company sucks. Please do not support this company. They will lie to you and cheat you. I have even processed a complaint with louisiana better buisness breau to try to see if they can help out. but so far noanswer.
