Bought a new phone - was offered the same contract I already had with my old smart phone.  When I got my next bill there was a new $10 monthly charge not listed on my contract.  They claim this is a "smartphone data fee" and it's a "new" fee.  I already had a smart phone and never paid this fee, as well as this was NOT in my contract so you can't charge it, was my reply.  I was transfered from person to person and hung up on EVERY time I called for assistance.  On my third or fourth attempt I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold then hung up on after 10 minutes. 

Then I emailed them to get assistance - I'm still waiting for that reply. 

Then I tried to file a complaint on their website - in order to do it you have to fill out a form with drop down options.  The drop down fields don't work, so you can't file a complaint. 

Then I tried to get service through their online chat service.  Nope, can't do that either - they're "too busy" so the option is disabled.

They also charged me a local tax for a city that I didn't live in for 2 YEARS and when I called to complain about it I was told "Its your fault, you should have told us you moved."  Um, I did...how do you think I get my bill every month??  This girl was unbelievably rude and refused to help.  So I had to hang up on her and call right back to get someone else who tried to help but no one knew how to remove the tax (its YOUR software people!).

I did finally get someone on their chatline today who said he would remove the overcharges on my bill but he would also remove all service from my phone.

They are liars and thieves.  I will NEVER renew with Sprint and their half-a**ed "customer service" again.
