Sprint Pcs I opened a Sprint account in May 2010 two lines and my daughter and I were both making payments, about two months into my service they kept cutting my phone off, they said payments were being returned Internet

They bascially scammed us because they claimed that all my credit card payments were reverse because they could not verify the address, when  I opened my account with them I used the same credit card. None of the money was ever returned to my account and the only way I could get my account back active was to fax them my CC info front and back and a copy of my license, I told them heck no it is too much Identity theft out there, and besides all my daughter payments went through and her address was never associated with the account. I did get one Rep who told to me to fax my bank statement with the charges and I did that marking out a few pieces of information, but when I called back someone else told me it was not enough. Sprint is a big scam artist and I do not recommend there service to anyone.
