Sprint PCS Sprints PCS Hidden Cost overland Park, Kansas

I have had Sprint PCS wireless since 2002. My old phone was from 2003, it was shot. Sprint agreed to give me a new phone for free. At they very last second they just happend to mention that I would half to sign a 2 yeat contract I reluctantly agreed. My first bill seemed a little high. My bills are around 35 dollars a month. My second bill was 113 dollars. This months bill was 122 dollars. From the bills that Sprint sent you couldn't tell where all the overages were coming from. Sprint used a new phone for bait to switch me with hidden cost. When I went to their store I had them print out my bills. This is what Sprint did. When they changed my plan they started charging me for incoming calls without telling me. This is hidden on thier bills. This was done thru thri fraud and deception. This is probably illegal in Missouri, it might have violated Missouri's Merchandising Pratices law, RSMO 407.20.1 , which is a class "d" felony if this the case. Redress with Moago was taken. As a formality I complained to the Federal Trade Commission, what I deem as  a deceptive practice and a possible violation of the Fair Trade Act. Complaints to the Federal Communnication Commission were lodged as well. I also levied the BBB to help resolve this. There is also the United States Postal Inspectors as well. We have some Fraud and Deception, a wide latidue of construction and a very liberally construed statue, then we have an electronic transfer of money. Fill in the blank. The local consumer reporter was put on notice, maybe he will do a story. I hope I covered all the bases.
