T-mobile Constant incorrect billing, CCR;s agrumentative, and will not make corrections Internet, Internet

My husband and I have been with T-mobile for 6 years and until August 2011 we were happy with our service. ever since Auguest I have had to call and correct our bill every month, cause late payments, hours on the phone fighting with them about what my plan really is.
Well today was no different than the last few months. I was told again what they think my plan is even though their statements don't match up with past billing, which is all billing before August 2011, and what they say we have. Also they are now telling me we have a new copntract even when we have not signed a contract in 2 1/2 years. the last contract we signed was in 2009 for my favs. They also tell me we no longer have my favs even though it is on our bill and shows up on my phones.
Does anyone have any idea what to do or where to go. does anyone else deal with this?
By the way we are canceling our services. We are finished with their abuse towards us as customers.
