i been paying cell phone bill best i can afford but this happen 3 times already. i think its a joke. they screw with me they terminate my service on all 3 lines to fraud me with activation fees that's about $60 extra plus $88 service. they hadn't terminate early but they decided to terminate me a week later to fraud extra money from me to use advantage of the economy i have already made payment of $106 in cash. same week of return check that's because a return check since week ago because my bank don't have funds during the time. but now i have make another payment of $117 more to restore service.

i think this is a example of fraudulent to their customer. i have evidence thanks to a ex customer rep. that tell me everything about their scam to use extra fees to their CEO. this need to been heard and stop their insult please someone from the FBI Listen to this complaint help me please i beg of you...

not a scam

AUTHOR: Lala - Wichita (U.S.A.)

what you are reporting is not a rip off or a scam. it is also not an activation fee. what this is a restore fee. when your account goes into a non payment suspension, when the lines are restored there is a 20 dollar per line restoral fee. i understand the economy is hard, i myself am struggling as well. i also make partial payments in my bill and always take advantage of t-mobiles payment plans through financial care. you see when you have a payment plan it gives you more time to pay and keeps your service on. so next time you need help give us a call so we can get you on a payment plan and avoid you being suspended in the first place.
