what you are reporting is not a rip off or a scam. it is also not an activation fee. what this is a restore fee. when your account goes into a non payment suspension, when the lines are restored there is a 20 dollar per line restoral fee. i understand the economy is hard, i myself am struggling as well. i also make partial payments in my bill and always take advantage of t-mobiles payment plans through financial care. you see when you have a payment plan it gives you more time to pay and keeps your service on. so next time you need help give us a call so we can get you on a payment plan and avoid you being suspended in the first place.
