Had a friend who sent in Sidekick with out taking out memory card, battery, or back plate. Sent back to her with out all three. Customer Service said there was nothing they could do. She need to buy a new 300 phone. I called and navigated their system until I found the Distribution Supervisor who was able to get her a battery and back plate.
