This is the copy of my chat with a guy name jon, after 2 hours of waiting for my 5 minute code to be sent. Now mind you their chat time says 930 pm yet its really 3pm when i first started waiting for my "5" MINUTE code. I erased my IP address, for my security. I have over 23 kiosks that sell service under my company, I personally know thw owner of unlock to talk,might not remember me but I know him, I know his associates who do lots of business with them. I have the owner's personal information in my contact book. If this does not get solved I will send an email out to him all all 2300 of my telecom contacts with these chat records saved on here. Customer service has gone down the tube and this company seems to be at the spearhead of it all. How about instead of the next rebuttle tell the consumer what your going to do to fix these problems.
