I filed a Small Claims Suit in March of 2011 over defective equipment. We had 11 junk phones in 12 months. Verizon refused to ship us a new phone. Always "refurbished". At least half of them were shipped to us defective. We spent over a week on the phone with them through out the year. 11 trips to fed ex. Countless emails, and huge headaches.

We were awarded $1395.00 by Los Angeles Superior Court, and Verizon Wireless had a check to us in 30 days.
