Virgin Mobile USA Spring Deceptive And Dishonest Business Practices - Virgin Mobile is a SCAM, Internet

Virgin Mobile's cell phone plans are designed to trap you into good service and a good deal - for the first few month.  THEN they start the bait and switch tactics!

I paid for a monthly no-contract plan in-store every month on the same day.  A $60 plan which suddenly DISAPPEARED and was replaced by a "new" plan without notifying the customer.  Clever trick! 

THEN Virgin Mobile manipulated their computer data to state that the "new plan" began not on the date that the account was actually due according to my in-store receipt, but was due TWO DAYS PRIOR, thus secretly attempting to charge me 20 cents a minute for service without my knowing anything!

I called Virgin Mobile and told them this was a deliberately deceptive practice and to cancel my service immediately.  I was disconnected 4 TIMES when attempting to cancel the service.  I pulled the battery out of my phone because the phone will not even shut down and power down.

Do NOT give this company your business, especially your credit or debit card information!  They win your trust initially by giving you good service, and then when they think they have you, they start putting the screws to you. 

Don't blame the customer service reps, they are probably working in terrible sweatshop conditions for next to no money, let's put the blame where it belongs - on the lying, greedy CORPORATE EXECUTIVES who are the scam artists! 

BOYCOTT VIRGIN MOBILE.  Give only honest companies your business.
