Wirefly Rebate Ripoff! cheats & scammers bait and switch tactics Internet

I have tried several times to get my $170.00 rebate from this company; since July, 2005. The information was submitted three times upon their request. Finally to my great surprised I received a letter notifing my that my check was on the way. Only to be told three weeks later that I do not qualify for the rebate. They gave me excuses that are not valid and now refuse to answer any questions I have. I'm trying to see if my credit card company can help me, but they did not make any promises. I have spent this money needlessly, because they offered the rebate, if I had know that I would have been ripped off, I would have stayed with my old telephone company. I also tried to get my present phone company to help me, but they have, apparently, nothing to do with this other company.
