I would like to file a complaint regarding both my service and items that I purchased but have yet to recieve.

On Aug. 11, 2008 I went to World Of Wireless that caries MetroPCS which is located at 5776 North Orange Blossom Trail Orlando Fl. 32810. I purchased a phone bundle from them. It was suppose to include one cell phone, case for the phone, home charger, car charger, and ear bud. It is now Oct. 1, 2008 and I still haven't recieved the car charger and ear bud. At the time of purchase I was told that the car charger and ear bud were not in stock for my specific phone. The salesman assured me that the two prodcuts would arrive in a maximum of two weeks. I waited the two weeks and went back to pick up my items and was told that they were still not in, and to come back in a couple of days. Upon the second time of going to the store another sales person told me that the shipment was already in and my items were already all sold out. The sales person then proceeded to take my phone number so she could call me once another shipment came in again in which she stated would be one week. Again I went back in a week and was told, "your back again???". After that I went back two more times to recieve the items I paid for amd still have not recived them. I tried resolving the issue by asking for a refund for my ear bud and car charger and was told that they are not allowed to do that. I then asked for any sort of voucher they could give me - so I could go to another store for my items and they then stated that all MetroPCS shops are individually owned they couldn't do that either. Piror to writing this letter I decided to call World Of Wireless to see if just maybe they had my items in - and no susprise they claim that they still havent had a shipment in. This has not been my only problem. At times my phone won't place calls and I keep getting an error message. I went to the store to get help with this issue. I was told that whom ever set my phone up had made a mistake with the settings and she proceeded to tell me that she corrected the problem with the settings and that my phone would now be fine. It was fine - for oly two days and then the same problem kept occuring randomly. I went to the store once again and asked maybe it was the phone. I never recived a direct answer, just "maybe". But she told me that I could replace the phone if I like but I would have to go a corporate office and then pay ten dollars for the switch. I also asked if I could recieve a credit for all the times I tried to place a call but couldn't - apparetly they couldn't do that either. So, at this point I paid for two items I didn't recieve, and a phone that was sold to me that may not work but yet I have to pay ten dollars to get one that works when they sold me a faulty one. They are taking money and not producing a product and proper service as advertised. I would like the items I purchased but I am left to wait just as I have been doing since Aug 11, 2008. If they did not have the items I purchased or speculated that getting them would have been a problem they should not have assured me that I would have it and therefor should not have made the sale.
