i ordered 2 NICE phone cases , screen protector and stylus. $40. got the pen 1st, it wasn't what i expected. i'm thinking wheres the rest of my stuff, they didn't send no notification or anything.
i waited longer, then called in. 1st off, they sound muffled and VERY un professional. i was hung up on twice. finally got a hold of someone and she said the screen protector was sent out, but the cases were backordered or somthing. i told her its been a while, so jus refund me. she sounded irritated, and put me on hold. said she refunded my $19.98.
I JUST CALLED TODAY, AS I NEVER GOT THAT REFUND AND ITS BEEN ANOTHER MONTH. TO MY AMAZEMENT, I SWORE I GOT THE SAME UNPROFESSIONAL MUFFLED FEMALE, AND YES SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED BACK AND GOT A MAN.. AND WOW. BELIEVE IT OR NOT, HE WAS RUDE TOO, so i explained my situatuon, he too put me on hold and said he refunded me. i said ya right, she said that last time, give me a confirmation. gave me some probably fake number(res-645), i want my 20$ backk
