I purchased a Samsung i730 from this seller on Ebay item # 290276566615. They did not send a charger nor repond to my question of where the charger was. The phone arrived and did not work. I have now been without a phone thanks to Zendoo for a week. The Customer service rep (who is a girl the only one who works there by the way) was very short and sassy with me. I naturally asked for a replacement then she said I would have to pay to ship this phone back and wait for confirmation number before they would ship out another phone. This is very unfair especially that they guarenteed the phone to work in the item description. They obviously could care less about their F rating through thr Better Business Bureau and it shows through their level of Professionalism or lack there of.

Zendoo.com works very hard to resolve any issues

I am an employee of Zendoo.com. We are the world's largest on-line retailer of used cell phones.

All of our phones are thoroughly tested and we do guarantee that they will be in the condition described. However, we realize that the occasional issue may present itself when selling used electronics. This is why we include a 30 day money back guarantee on all item sold (there are a few items on our website that do not qualify for this. If this is the case it is clearly stated).

In this particular instance, the customer reported a problem and was issued a return authorization form to send the item back. It has not yet been received, but as soon as it is we will issue a full refund.

Again, we do occasionally have customers who are not happy with our items, but we always go to any length we can to resolve the issue.

Also, just on a side note, we have about 50 employees, not 1.
