We are in the process of reporting the working without permits violation to the individual licensing boards. The chiefs of the Building, Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical Divisions in our department are following up on this and have been instructed to report directly to you with their progress. The plumbing and electrical work would have required a license and the chiefs are in the process of reporting it to the appropriate boards. They are copied above.
