Latin Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Fraud Las Vegas, Nevada

I was awarded a 1,500 in scholarships from the latin chamber of commerce it was suppose to pay for my fall semester and now the fall semester is about to end. They are still giving me the run around about the money. I call Beatriz constantly but she always tells me that she will get back to me a week later I contact her and she doesnt pick up the phone. The financial aid director from my college has called her and left her constant messages but she never respond. I received the notice that I was a recepient late June. Agust came around and all the other recepients received their sholarship money except for me. I was sponsored by the MGM and Matt Smith Physcial theraphy clinics but haven't been able to receive any money to pay for my fall semster. I had to pay it all with my credit card and now I am paying big interest rates on it.
