1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and now again in 2009....(6) former employees have attempted to expose Marianne Virgili, President and CEO of the Glenwood Springs Chamber of Commerce for fraud, corruption, triple dipping the billing of her expense accounts and taking out credit in the Chamber's standing to fund her lavish lifestyle!!!
Suspected for years of also manipulating local political races to keep anyone strong enough to stand up to her outrageous abuses of her power by internet smear and slander, Marianne Virgili has become a power hungry, spotlight seeking disgrace to the community of Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
Each time investigated, up until now when these charges are finally being exposed widespread enough to take them out of the Board's hands and put them into the public's hands, Marianne Virgili has escaped with a slap on the wrist by the Board.
Now, a private citizen holds the power to press complaint and charges against her!
