Aramark is contract company for NHA Charter Schools and Both Company's are corrupt to say the least. A Book can be written about them. They say they have high moral standards and do not. I worked at an nha school and there were 4 different principals in the 4 plus years I was there. The first principal claimed to be christian was an adulterous Liar, The second was a Lesbian, The Third was a drunk and the forth is a money hungry control freak.

During my time in this prison Kids have brought guns and knives to school, A Bank robber had run through the school, Teachers were caught having sex in the classroom, Staff members back stabbing each other and on anti-depressants from having to deal with NHA"S CRAP.

A certain staff member claims to be a christian minister had made sexual comments to other staff members and several staff contacted corporate NHA and after their investigation they let him keep his job ,and was caught checking out little girls booty's while they walk down the hall. He is still on staff and highly favored even though he has confessed his problem about lust before his church.

Another staff member was a theif and stole from the staff. The secretary's over the years were rude and some claim to be christian. The lesbian principal was the worst , there was so much rebellion with the students and they were out of control. The first princapl ran the school like a boot camp. kintergarden students were caught in the bathroom involved in sexual activity. A 2nd grader trys to set the bathroom on fire.

Aramark management are Liars and don't care about NHA.
The Building has a problem with mold, foundation issues, along with air quality ( Some Air Returns were sealed off when the building was built) and Aramark & bNHA sweeps it under the carpet. They treat their employees like slaves and set them up to only fire them.

The AFM makes his weekly visit only to threaten and harass his staff. The management lie and cover each others backs. The general manager of the branch is nothing but a liar and control freak.

Regional manager is a liar and the office staff is is gr were always argueing and back stabbing each other . Aramark goes through more employees and they fire people just as fast as they hire them. They don't train people for the jobs they just give you a phone & keys and they expect there workers to work for free or you'll be written up or fired. There are to many concerns here to write about. NHA Schools are not christian and do not
stand behind there High Moral Character and Moral Standards.

I book may be in the works to expose these corupt companys.

What to do

You don't work there anymore. Assuming your claims are valid and not disgruntled employee....

It would be better for the kids safety if you report this to the Michigan Department of Education, or Mayor, Congressman, Governor of the state, Department of Child and Family services or someone other than here.

NHA does a good job at sweeping things under the rug.

The teachers caught having sex were allowed to quit to keep things quiet instead of them being fired. The City of Flint is just as bad as the
Charter Schools. The City needs Leadership that are Men and Women of Integrity.

Though hand join in hand the wicked will not go unpunished.

When an employee must be replaced/terminated for cause, it is really better for the company to get those employees to 'resign' than it is to 'fire' them. The latter opens many avenues for improper termination lawsuits. The resignation simply shuts off all improper termination lawsuits.

So you have a colorful management parade. The question is, who is running that asylum? I have no idea how accurate all of your claims are (there are always three sides to any story) but few people have an imagination good enough to dream up your kind of story. Usually there is a higher authority who will sort the problem out once the situation is publicized in the newspaper or other media. (Hint)
